MODULE 1

Reset your routine

In the 1st module you'll be shown how to efficiently reset your routine, with an introduction to forearm basics that are integral to musicians but often overlooked.

Including:

  • Rehabilitation on your instrument and how to manage it
  • The number 1 stretch that all musicians should do daily ( ...and it's not your forearms)
  • Building an easy but solid warm up routine, the pros and cons and why you’ve probably been doing this wrong for years 
MODULE 2

Tuning in deeper

In the 2nd module we look at how to tune in deeper to your body to prevent and manage repetitive strain injuries that plague so many musicians. Defining, refining and learning insider secrets to pain-free playing to increase your longevity as a musician.

  • Why building finger dexterity is the gateway to healthier forearms
  • The simplest way to understand tendons and why we get injuries from repetitive playing
